How to set up in case of emergency contacts
Emergency Assist on SYNC® 2 also gives you the option of storing up to two different In Case of Emergency (ICE) contacts. When Emergency Assist is triggered these numbers appear on the screen. This enables you to quickly call one of your stored ICE contacts.
Make sure:
. Your vehicle is in Park and running, not in Accessory mode
. Your paired phone is connected
