The Ford Transit Custom Trail is the first Transit in Australia to offer All-Wheel Drive. AWD significantly improves performance on challenging terrains by seamlessly transferring power to the wheels with more traction as needed.

3. Load space of the Transit Custom Trend LWB is 6.0 cu.m. VDA is the method determined by filling the load space with ‘litre’ blocks, each measuring 200x100x50mm. The blocks are then counted and the numerical result is converted into cubic meters.

4. Maximum payload for Trend Short Wheelbase Van. Subject to State and Territory regulations. Maximum payload is calculated by deducting the vehicles Kerb Weight from its Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM).Payload is the maximum combined value of occupants, cargo, added accessories, added structures and tow ball download (when towing). Vehi­cles should be weighed before and after adding additional load, accessories or towing a trailer to ensure the maximum Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM), Gross Combined Mass (GCM) and Gross Axle Weight Ratings are not exceeded.

5. A compatible tow pack rated to or above the published maximum braked towing capacity is required to achieve the vehicle’s maximum braked towing capacity. Please note: the Ford genuine towbar for Transit Custom is rated to 2,500kg only. Subject to State and Territory regulations. To comply with regulations and vehicle GCM and GVM limits, the weight of any load transported by the vehicle may need to be restricted. For further details regarding load weight restrictions, please consult your authorised Ford Dealer and / or refer to the Owner’s Manual.

6. Driver-assist features are supplemental and do not replace the driver’s attention, judgment and need to control the vehicle. May not operate at certain speeds, or in certain driving, road or weather conditions. See Owner’s Manual for more information.

7. Reverse Brake Assist functions when in reverse and travelling at a speed of 2-12 km/h.
