Do Accessories Come with a Warranty?

Genuine Ford Accessories (GFA) and Ford Licensed Accessories (FLA) sold and fitted at point of new vehicle sale by an authorised Ford dealer on or after May 1st 2018 are covered by the Ford Express New Vehicle Warranty of 5 years/unlimited kms.

GFAs and FLAs sold, and fitted, by an authorised Ford Dealer after vehicle delivery are covered by the remainder of the Ford Express New Vehicle Warranty period or the Ford Express Part and Accessories Warranty of 12 months/20,000kms, whichever is longer.

GFAs and FLAs sold by an authorised Ford dealer as over the counter parts are covered by the Ford Express Part and Accessories Warranty of 12 months/20,000kms.

Supplier Branded Accessories (SBA) are not manufactured or warranted by Ford. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the accessory. Parts or accessories that fall into this category are supplied with details of the warranty within the packaging that they are supplied in. Contact your authorised Ford Dealer for details of the accessory manufacturer's warranty applicable to each Supplier Branded Accessory.
