How do I Delete a Paired Device Using SYNC?

Learn how to remove a paired phone (or any Bluetooth device) using SYNC. Please choose your SYNC version from the list below for the relevant steps.

SYNC Gen 1

  1. Press the Phone Button.
  2. Select Return.
  3. Press Bluetooth.
  4. Select the phone you want to delete.
  5. Press Delete.

SYNC Gen 1.1

  1. Select Phone.
  2. Go to Bluetooth Devices.
  3. Select the phone you want to delete.
  4. Press Delete.

SYNC 3

  1. Press Settings.
  2. Touch Bluetooth.
  3. Press View Devices.
  4. Select the phone you want to delete.
  5. Press Delete.
  6. Press Yes to confirm your selection.
