How do I get removed from a recall mailing list?
Ford is required to mail recall letters to the last known registered owner. If you have received a letter about a vehicle that you no longer own, we apologise for the inconvenience. At the bottom of the customer letter, there is a web address where you can provide additional information so that we can update our records to contact the next owner. Alternatively, there is also a change of details notification form at the bottom of the customer letter that should be completed and returned to Ford in the enclosed pre-paid envelope.
