Engine Codes (or Engine Numbers)

The engine code (or engine number) is a unique identfying number assigned to the engine of each vehicle.

Should you wish to obtain this information, please check your registration papers as it may be listed there or consult your local Roads and Registration authority. Alternatively, visit your nearest  Ford Dealership who can obtain it from the engine. The Ford Customer Relationship Centre does not provide this information.

Note - some engine numbers require some technical work to be carried out in order to see them. If this is the case with your vehicle, your Ford Dealership may charge for this work.
