Why are my Connectivity Settings greyed out?
If the Connectivity Settings screen cannot be seen or has the Vehicle connectivity switch greyed out, ensure that your vehicle is in a location that has a good signal to receive the command.
To verify if your vehicle has a signal, look for the data arrows icon. If visible, these data arrows show that the modem is communicating with the network. Otherwise, it is not visible there can be no activation, please locate the vehicle in a good connectivity area.
