Why am I Unable to Login to the FordPass™ App?
- If you recently changed your username/email or in the FordPass app, login using your new username/email.
- Try resetting your password.
- If you are unable to login to the app, tap Forgot? from the FordPass main login screen. If the Password Reminder email does not come through, contact a Guide for assistance.
