Where do I view my FordPass® trips in my Ford vehicle?

Trips saved or recently updated in FordPass can be viewed on your vehicle's SYNC® navigation screen using the steps below. 

Important: To use the trip features, your Customer Connectivity Settings must be enabled for the following:

  • Shared Vehicle Data
  • Shared Vehicle Location 
  • Share Driving Data
  • Share Vehicle Analytics
  • Connected Navigation 
  • FordPass Power My Trip

Viewing Trips in Your Vehicle 

Select one of the options below for more steps.

Saved Trips

To view saved trips on your SYNC screen:

  1. Safely get inside your vehicle.
  2. Ensure that your vehicle is on, running, in park (P), and located in a well-ventilated area.
  3. Select Navigation on your SYNC screen.
  4. Tap the Where to? button.
  5. Search for FordPass Trips or scroll down and select myTrips in the drop-down menu.

The lists of trips should display and you can select a trip with the following options:

  • Start Navigation
  • Manually manipulate your destination
  • Add or remove destinations along the way

Updated Trips

To view trips that were updated in FordPass on your SYNC screen:

  1. Safely get inside your vehicle.
  2. Ensure that your vehicle is on, running, in park (P), and located in a well-ventilated area.
  3. Select Navigation on your SYNC screen.
  4. Tap Update Trip.

Once FordPass and your vehicle's SYNC console connect, a pop-up will appear on the screen. You can then:

  • Tap View Trip to be redirected to the Navigation screen, where your new trip will load.
  • Tap Ignore to cancel your request.
