What are my Ford Customer Connectivity Settings (CCS)?
CCS allows your vehicle’s modem to communicate via the cloud with the FordPass®* App. If any CCS options are disabled, FordPass is not able to use the feature and displays an error message advising Please enable in-vehicle connectivity Settings to access the feature.
