How do I contact Ford National Roadside Assistance?

You can contact Ford National Roadside Assistance by calling their support center directly or by using the Ford app.

Should you require roadside assistance during a breakdown, call via our toll-free hotline 13 3673 (13 FORD) for support, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in Australia. You are encouraged to tell the operator that you have obtained roadside assistance courtesy of either purchasing or servicing your Ford. The operator will ask for the following information:

  • Name
  • Registration number of the vehicle
  • Precise location of the vehicle
  • A brief description of the problem
  • A contact telephone number (where possible)

Using the Ford App

  1. Log in to the Ford app.
  2. Tap the Profile icon to go to the Account dashboard.
  3. Press Call help.

You will be connected with someone who can schedule Roadside Assistance services for you.
