How can I Book a Service Online?
To book a service online, please visit Online Service Booking.
Where do I schedule vehicle service in FordPass®*?
Important: This is not a standard feature and the following pre-conditions must be met:
- Your vehicle must be added to FordPass.
- You must have a Preferred Dealer set in FordPass.
- Your Preferred Dealer must have XTime (Online Service Booking) available.
If the above conditions are met, use the following steps to schedule your service:
- Log in to the FordPass App.
- Navigate to the Home landing page.
- Ensure your correct vehicle is selected.
- Tap the Service tab.
- Select the Book Service tile.
- Tap Book Service.
Note: If the Book Service button does not appear, the selected dealership is not registered as an XTime Dealer.
- Review the pop-up disclaimer advising of the external website redirect.
- Select OK to continue.
- Select CANCEL to void moving forward.
- Scroll down and select FordPass Connect.
- Add a description of the service(s) you require.
Note: You must add a description to move forward.
- Select Next.
- Confirm your option to transport your vehicle to the Dealer. Options include:
- I will drop off my vehicle. If selected, you must select one of the following:
- I don't require transportation
- Loan Car
- I will wait at the dealership
- Pickup/Drop Off. If selected, you must enter the following:
- Pickup location
- Drop-off location. If your drop-off and pickup locations are the same, tap the slider for the Same drop-off location option.
- If you need a courtesy car, select the slider for Do you need a courtesy car?.
- Use the comments box to include additional or important information.
- I will drop off my vehicle. If selected, you must select one of the following:
- Select Next.
- Choose an advisor or select Any Advisor on the Appointment Time screen.
Note: You also have the option to change transportation options from this page by tapping on the drop-down next to your current selection.
- Choose a date and time.
- Review your booking on the overview screen.
- Select a contact preference for service notifications and updates, which are:
- Text
Note: If you want the dealership to call, select the slider for Want us to call you?.
- Tap Book Service.

How do I cancel or amend an Online Service Booking reservation?
*Use of FordPass is subject to the FordPass Terms and Privacy Policy and requires a compatible mobile device, internet access and software (including software updates from time to time). You are responsible for internet access, mobile network data and voice call services required for your use of the FordPass App on your mobile device, including associated fees. The FordPass App and the FordPass Connect modem can only work when both are connected to the telecommunications network. Ford cannot guarantee FordPass will be fully operational at all times and the App may be unavailable or particular services interrupted. Ford is not responsible for any limitations of the telecommunications network or your mobile device.
