How can I book a service online?

Vehicle Service bookings with a Ford Dealer for maintenance, repairs, or updates can be made using the Ford app as well as the Ford website.

Making a Vehicle Service Reservation

Select the method you want to use for the steps to schedule maintenance, repairs, or updates to your vehicle. 

Using the Ford Website

To book a service online, please visit our Online Service Booking page.

Using the Ford app

To schedule service using your Ford app:

  1. Log in to the Ford app.
  2. Select the Service screen.

  3. Tap Schedule Service. Find Dealer will appear if you do not have a Preferred Dealer set in the Ford app.

    Notes: 

    • You will be directed to the dealer's appointment portal.
    • The steps and menu items can change based on the selected Ford Dealer.
  4. Choose your service needs based on the remaining prompts.
  5. Confirm and schedule your reservation.

Once scheduled, you will be directed to a final confirmation of your reservation.
