Why am I unable to download the Ford app?
If you are unable to download the app to your device, a few common reasons for this are:
- Your device does not have enough storage space for the update/download. Delete unused apps and try again.
- You may be experiencing network/internet connection issues. Check your mobile strength and/or Wi-Fi® connection.
- Wi-Fi connection
- If Wi-Fi is turned off, turn Wi-Fi on and attempt to connect.
- If Wi-Fi is turned on, turn Wi-Fi off and attempt to connect using mobile data.
- Cellular connection
- If mobile data is turned off, turn mobile data on and attempt to connect.
- If mobile data is turned on, turn mobile data off and attempt to connect using Wi-Fi.
- Wi-Fi connection
- Your device may need a power cycle.
- Power off your device for 30-60 seconds.
- Turn on your device.
- Attempt to download the app.
