Where can I view my electric vehicle's charge history in FordPass?
You can access your Ford electric vehicle's charging history in FordPass® to see charge session details including charger location, energy added, time spent, and more.
Requirements
- You have an active FordPass account.
- You have an electric vehicle (Battery Electric Vehicle or Plug-In Hybrid Vehicle) added to FordPass.
- You authorised your vehicle modem.
Viewing Charging History
To view your charge session history in FordPass, take the following steps:
- Log in to FordPass.
- Go to the Energy screen.
- Tap Charge History. The Charge History screen will display, including the:
- Location/name of the chargers.
- Date of the charge events, or the time (if it is the same day).
Energy added.
Note: FordPass displays up to 20 charge events, and charge history is available for 45 days.
- Select a charge event to view additional information, including the:
- Location name and address.
- Charge percentage(%)/kms added.
- Total time of the charge event.
- Energy added in kilowatt-hours (kWh).
- Start date, time, and battery level.
- End date, time, and battery level.
- Delete button to remove the charge event.
