Adjusting the seat

Manual seat: To adjust a manual drivers seat in Ranger you’re looking for two handles and a dial (where fitted). These will all be located on the outside of the seat so that adjusting the seat is a one-hand operation.

To adjust the back rest, you need to locate the handle on the side of the seat cushion. By raising the lever, the seat will be able to be tilted forwards or backwards; release the lever to lock the seat in position.

A lever (in the middle) on the seat base allows you to raise or lower the seat.

A dial (at the front) on the seat base allows you to adjust the lumbar support (where fitted). Simply turn the dial clockwise or anti-clockwise for more or less support.

To adjust the headrest, press and hold the adjust and release button. Raise or lower the headrest and then release the button.

To move the seat forwards or backwards, locate the release bar under the front of the seat and lift it up to release the seat allowing it to move forwards or backwards. Once you have moved the seat the desired amount, release the handle to lock the seat into position.
