Helping start dreams everywhere
The partnership between Ford Dealers and Basketball Australia began in 2023, and has worked hard to make the sport even more accessible across the country. For dealers, who are very proud of the role they play in their communities, it’s a great way to give back locally by supporting grassroots basketball programs like Ford Aussie Hoops. And our national players have taken time from busy schedules to share their skills and help encourage the next generation of basketball stars all across Australia. Because all dreams start somewhere.

Basketball Australia’s official introductory program gives 5 to 10 year-olds a fun and inclusive experience of the skills and values of team sport. Since pairing up with the Ford Dealer networks, 20 brand new centres across the country have signed up with Ford Aussie Hoops and participation has grown by 11% in just a year.
