Go to the Settings App

Go to the “Settings” App on your iPhone and select the “Bluetooth®” menu.

Disconnect from the vehicle SYNC module

Make sure that the iPhone is currently not connect to the vehicle SYNC Module. The status for SYNC should be shown as “Not Connected.

Turn on notifications

Turn “Show Notifications” ON and make sure the “SYNC Contacts” is turned ON as well.
