To make sure you’re getting the most out of your new Ford, we offer an inspection after 3000kms (or 2 months, whatever's first). We’ll check everything’s as it should be, make any adjustments needed, and answer any questions you might have.

  1. We look after the integrity of your Ford by using new genuine Ford parts when possible. If new genuine Ford parts are not available, we will use genuine reconditioned or recycled Ford parts or Australian Design Rules certified new, recycled or reconditioned parts.
  2. When a 90-minute Express Service is booked. 90 minutes from key handover to service completion for a General Service only, as set out in your vehicle’s Service Portfolio. Does not include other work or repairs that may be required. Participating dealers only.
  3. Pick Up and Drop Off available for a general service or warranty repair only subject to dealer capacity and vehicle roadworthiness and driveability. Participating dealers only. Other dealer conditions or requirements may apply.
