    Frequently Asked Questions

    In these Frequently Asked Questions, the following terms have the meaning set-out below:

    Excluded Vehicles means Dealer Demonstrator and Used Vehicles;

    FPP means the Ford Partner Program;

    FPP Customer means all Australian-resident, current full-time, part-time or casual employees of Partner Organisations, including an employee’s partner or spouse; 

    Ford means Ford Motor Company of Australia Limited (ABN 30 004 116 223) Level 1, 600 Victoria Street Richmond, VIC, 3121;

    Ford e-Gift Card means the online electronic gift reward issued by Power 2 Motivate;

    Partner Organisations means Selected Corporate Customers;

    Partner Reward Payment means the payment in the form of a Ford e-Gift Card made by Ford to an FPP customer subsequent to the purchase of a new Ford vehicle under the provisions of the FPP;

    Partner Reward Redemption Form means the Partner Reward Redemption Form available at www.ford.com.au/fordpartner to be completed by the FPP customer upon delivery of their new Ford vehicle and submitted to Ford;

    Required Documents means-

    In respect of an FPP Customer:

    (a) A copy of a their current driver’s licence;

    (b) Payslip as proof of employment;

    (c) Dealer invoice (the name on the invoice will need to match the name on the Partner Reward Redemption Form); and

    (d) Proof of relationship (where the new vehicle purchase is made by the partner or spouse of an Australian-resident, current full-time, part-time or casual employees of a Partner Organisation). Proof of relationship examples may include: a marriage certificate, bills which display both you and your partner/spouse's names at the same address. 

    Selected Corporate Customers means the entities nominated by Ford to participate in the FPP. Please contact your HR Representative to confirm that your employer’s nomination as a prescribed Selected Corporate Customer is current.

    2. Who is eligible?  

    You must be a FPP customer to be eligible for the FPP. 

    FPP Customers are only eligible for the FPP in their capacity as individual private buyers.

    Any vehicle purchased by an FPP customer using a Fleet, Government, Ford Employee or Ford Dealership Employee Program Discount is ineligible for the FPP.

    3. How does the FPP work?

    (i) First, take a look at the Vehicles & Partner Reward section of the FPP website at www.ford.com.au/fordpartner to find the vehicle that's right for you. Make sure you also check out our latest offer of the month. 

    (ii) Then visit your local Ford Dealer. Advise your Ford Dealer that you are an FPP customer and negotiate the best deal available to you as an individual private buyer at the time of purchase.

    (iii) Once you have purchased and taken delivery of your new Ford vehicle, complete your Partner Reward Redemption Form by either submitting the form online at www.ford.com.au/fordpartner or by mailing it to Ford at: Ford Partner Program, Private Locked Mailbag 32000.

    (iv) When submitting your Partner Reward Redemption Form, you will also need to attach the Required Documents. 

    Once Ford has received and verified your Partner Reward Redemption Form and Required Documents, you will be sent your Ford e-Gift Card. 

    4. Should I tell the Ford Dealer I'm eligible for the FPP?

    You should advise the Dealer that you wish to purchase your new Ford vehicle through the FPP. Ultimately the price you pay will be agreed between you and your Dealer as you are buying the car from the dealership and then claiming the Partner Reward Payment from Ford.

    5. How long do I have to redeem my Partner Reward Payment?

    You have 45 days from the date of delivery of your new Ford vehicle to submit your Partner Reward Redemption Form and Required Documents to Ford.

    The Partner Reward Redemption Form can be submitted online (and any Required Documents can be uploaded) at www.ford.com.au/fordpartner or sent by post to Ford at Ford Partner Program Locked Bag 32000 Burnley North 3121.

    6. Can the Partner Reward Payment change?

    Yes, Ford Dealers and Ford reserve the right to change the Partner Reward Payment at any time. You will be eligible for the Partner Reward 

    Payment which is current at the time that you place your order with your Dealer.

    7. How many vehicles can I buy?

    You and/or your partner/spouse can purchase a total of two (2) new Ford vehicles in any consecutive 12 month period.

    8. What type of vehicles can I buy?

    All the new Ford vehicles listed in the Vehicles & Partner Reward section of the FPP website at www.ford.com.au/fordpartner are available for purchase. The FPP does not include Dealer Demonstrator and Used Vehicle.

    9. Can I lease my new Ford vehicle?

    Yes, any new Ford vehicle can be leased under the FPP but please note that Fleet, Government, Ford Employee or Ford Dealership Employee Program Discounts do not apply. 

    10. Can I buy vehicles for other family members or businesses?

    No, the FPP applies strictly to you as an FPP customer in your capacity as an individual private buyer. All new Ford vehicles purchased through the FPP must be registered in your or your partner/spouse's name (not a company name) for at least 6 consecutive months from the date of delivery of the new vehicle.

    11. Will I be charged a Delivery Fee by my Dealer?

    This is between you and the Dealer. Please speak to your local Ford Dealer for more information.

    12. Can I trade-in my current vehicle through the FPP?

    This is between you and the Dealer, please speak to your local Ford Dealer for more information.

    13. How soon can I take delivery of my new Ford vehicle?

    This depends on the vehicle you choose. Your local Ford Dealer will be able to inform you of the expected delivery time.

    14. Can I add factory-fitted options and Dealer-fitted accessories to my new Ford vehicle purchased under the FPP?

    Yes. Your Ford Dealer can discuss all the options and Genuine Ford accessories available to you.

    15. I recently purchased/leased a new Ford but I did not use the FPP. Can I still claim a Partner Reward Payment?

    Yes, you can still claim a Partner Reward Payment if you:

    (a) were an FPP customer at the time that you placed an order for your new Ford vehicle ; and 

    (b) submit your completed Partner Reward Redemption Form and Required Documents within 45 days of the date of delivery of your new Ford vehicle.

    16. Does the FPP offer other incentives?

    Other Retail or Ford Partner Offers may become available from time to time.

    17. Where can the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) be found?

    The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) can be found on the vehicle plate which, in most cases is located at the bottom right hand side of the vehicles front windshield.

    18. Who issues the Ford e-Gift Card ?

    The Ford e-Gift Card is issued by Power 2 Motivate.

    19. Where can the Ford e-Gift Card be used?

    The Ford e-Gift Card can be used online or printed and presented in store with participating merchant types. The Ford e-Gift Card can also be redeemed directly from your smartphone.

    20. What will happen if you forget to redeem your Partner Reward Payment?

    You must submit your Partner Reward Redemption Form and Required Documents within 45 days of the date of delivery of your new Ford vehicle. If you fail to submit your Partner Reward Redemption Form and Required Documents within this timeframe you will be ineligible to redeem the Partner Reward Payment. 

    21. How long will it take to receive my Ford e-Gift Card ?

    Your Ford e-Gift Card will be sent directly to the email address nominated on your Partner Reward Redemption Form within 7 business days of receiving your acceptance email from Ford notifying you that your application to the Ford Partner Program has been successful.

    22. Can the Partner Reward Payment expire?

    Yes. The expiration of Ford’s current Partner Reward Payment type (Ford e-Gift Card) is subject to the individual terms of each participating merchant type. If you choose to redeem your Ford e-Gift Card by converting part or all of its value into a participating merchant’s e-gift or voucher, the validity of that portion of your Ford e-Gift Card will change to a shorter period.

    23. What terms apply to the Ford e-Gift Card?

    Lost or stolen e-gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. Not redeemable for cash. When you choose to redeem your e-gift card by converting part or all of the value into a participating merchant's e-gift card or voucher, the validity of that portion of your e-gift card will change to a shorter period. Any unused value after the expiry date of any e-gift card or voucher will not be refunded or credited. When you convert value into a participating merchant's e-gift card or voucher, the conversion is final and cannot be reversed. E-gift cards and vouchers are not reloadable.

    Ford e-Gift Card Tips:

    • Treat this electronic gift card (e-gift card) as cash. Any person who learns the URL of this e-gift card can use it, therefore it is your responsibility to keep this e-gift card safe by keeping the URL private. We recommend you keep the original e-gift card email safe and take all measures necessary to secure your email. Keep the original e-gift card email safe and do not open this e-gift card on a public or shared computer terminal.     Partner Reward Redemption Form means the Partner Reward Redemption Form available at www.ford.com.au/fordpartner to be completed by the FPP Customer upon delivery of their new Ford vehicle and submitted to Ford;

    Required Documents means-
    (a) A copy of their current driver’s licence;
    (b) Payslip as proof of employment;
    (c) Dealer invoice (the name on the invoice will need to match the name on the Partner Reward Redemption Form); and
    (d) Proof of relationship (where the new vehicle purchase is made by the partner or spouse of an Australian-resident, current full-time, part-time or casual employee of a Partner Organisation.

    1. Only FPP Customers acting in their capacity as individual private buyers are eligible to purchase new Ford vehicles through the FPP.

    3. A FPP Customer may purchase up to two (2) new Ford vehicles in any consecutive 12 month period, including any new Ford vehicles purchased by their partner/spouse.

    4. FPP does not apply to the excluded vehicles; Dealer Demonstrator and Used Vehicles.

    5. A FPP Customer should advise their Ford Dealer that the transaction is being conducted under the provisions of the FPP before commencing any negotiations as the FPP Customer will purchase the vehicle from their Ford Dealer and claim the Partner Reward Payment through Ford.

    6. A FPP Customer will have 45 days from the date of delivery of the new Ford vehicle to submit to Ford the Partner Reward Redemption Form (available online at www.ford.com.au/fordpartner and the Required Documents.

    7. Partner Reward Redemption Forms submitted without the Required Documents will not be processed and the Partner Reward Payment will not be available.

    8. The actual price paid for a new Ford vehicle under the FPP will be determined by agreement between an FPP Customer and the Ford Dealer. The Partner Reward Payment is a direct agreement between the FPP Customer and Ford. The price of any Dealer-fitted options and accessories, the Dealer delivery fee and the value of any trade-in vehicle belonging to an FPP Customer is subject to negotiation between the Dealer and the FPP Customer.

    9. The Partner Reward Payment is in the form of an online, electronic gift reward issued by Power 2 Motivate. For more information about the Ford e-Gift Card, see the Frequently Asked Questions section or for full Terms & Conditions of the Ford e-Gift Card issued by Power 2 Motivate please email customer.service@power2motivate.com.au or for 24-hour (Mon-Fri) customer service please call: 1300 853 542.

    10. All new Ford vehicles listed in the Vehicles & Partner Reward pages of the FPP web site at www.ford.com.au/fordpartner are available for purchase under the FPP. Please note that the FPP does not apply to the Excluded Vehicles.

    11. Vehicles must be for private use only and must be registered in the name of the FPP Customer at the FPP Customer’s home address as disclosed on the Partner Reward Redemption Form and Required Documents.

    12. If for any reason Ford is unable to provide the FPP Customer the Partner Reward Payment in the form of an e-gift card, it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to provide the Partner Reward Payment in some other form.

    Ford e-Gift Card means the online electronic gift reward issued by Power 2 Motivate;

    Partner Organisations means Selected Corporate Customers;

    Partner Reward Payment means the payment made by Ford to an FPP Customer subsequent to the purchase of a new Ford vehicle under the provisions of the FPP, which is currently in the form of a Ford e-Gift Card;

    Partner Reward Redemption Form means the Partner Reward Redemption Form available at www.ford.com.au/fordpartner to be completed by the FPP Customer upon delivery of their new Ford vehicle and submitted to Ford;

    Required Documents means-
    (a) A copy of their current driver’s licence;
    (b) Payslip as proof of employment;
    (c) Dealer invoice (the name on the invoice will need to match the name on the Partner Reward Redemption Form); and
    (d) Proof of relationship (where the new vehicle purchase is made by the partner or spouse of an Australian-resident, current full-time, part-time or casual employee of a Partner Organisation.

    Selected Corporate Customers means those entities nominated by Ford to participate in the FPP. Please contact your HR Representative to confirm that your employer’s nomination as a prescribed Selected Corporate Customer is current.

    1. Only FPP Customers acting in their capacity as individual private buyers are eligible to purchase new Ford vehicles through the FPP.

    2. Any new Ford vehicle purchased by an FPP customer using a Fleet, Government, Ford Employee or Ford Dealership Employee Program Discount is ineligible for the FPP.

    3. A FPP Customer may purchase up to two (2) new Ford vehicles in any consecutive 12 month period, including any new Ford vehicles purchased by their partner/spouse.

    4. FPP does not apply to the excluded vehicles; Dealer Demonstrator and Used Vehicles.

    5. A FPP Customer should advise their Ford Dealer that the transaction is being conducted under the provisions of the FPP before commencing any negotiations as the FPP Customer will purchase the vehicle from their Ford Dealer and claim the Partner Reward Payment through Ford.

    6. A FPP Customer will have 45 days from the date of delivery of the new Ford vehicle to submit to Ford the Partner Reward Redemption Form (available online at www.ford.com.au/fordpartner and the Required Documents.

    7. Partner Reward Redemption Forms submitted without the Required Documents will not be processed and the Partner Reward Payment will not be available.

    8. The actual price paid for a new Ford vehicle under the FPP will be determined by agreement between an FPP Customer and the Ford Dealer. The Partner Reward Payment is a direct agreement between the FPP Customer and Ford. The price of any Dealer-fitted options and accessories, the Dealer delivery fee and the value of any trade-in vehicle belonging to an FPP Customer is subject to negotiation between the Dealer and the FPP Customer.

    9. The Partner Reward Payment is in the form of an online, electronic gift reward issued by Power 2 Motivate.     10. All new Ford vehicles listed in the Vehicles & Partner Reward pages of the FPP web site at www.ford.com.au/fordpartner are available for purchase under the FPP. Please note that the FPP does not apply to the Excluded Vehicles.

    11. Vehicles must be for private use only and must be registered in the name of the FPP Customer at the FPP Customer’s home address as disclosed on the Partner Reward Redemption Form and Required Documents.

    12. If for any reason Ford is unable to provide the FPP Customer the Partner Reward Payment in the form of an e-gift card, it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to provide the Partner Reward Payment in some other form.
