What will Happen if I Provide Negative Feedback on a Customer Viewpoint Survey?
Your Dealer will be in contact to discuss and resolve any concerns flagged in the snapshot survey. After 10 days, a follow-up survey will be sent to establish how the concerns were handled and if they were resolved.
If you choose to remain anonymous you will not receive a follow up from your dealer.
If you choose to opt out of future communications, the follow up survey will not be sent.
