What is Live Chat?

Live Chat is an online customer service software with live support. Ford offer Live Chat customer support so that you can raise enquiries online in a quick and efficient way. You will chat to a Customer Advocate who can provide a wide range of assistance.

You can access the live chat feature on any page at ford.com.au by clicking the 'Live Chat' button on the right hand side of the screen.

Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm  (Outside of these hours a message facility is available via the live chat tool)

Please be advised that although our Live Chat advisers are operational during this timeframe you may not always see the option for Live Chat on the website. This is because the ability to Live Chat only appears when an advisor is available.
