What happens if I provide negative feedback on a customer viewpoint survey?

Your Dealer will be in contact to discuss and resolve any concerns flagged in the survey. After 10 days, a follow-up survey will be sent to determine how the concerns were addressed and whether they were resolved.

Notes:

  • If you choose to remain anonymous, you will not receive a follow-up from your dealer. 
  • If you choose to opt out of future communications, the follow-up survey will not be sent.
