How do you adjust the Head Restraints in a vehicle?

The head restraints in your Ford vehicle are adjustable to offer drivers and passengers of varying heights optimal safety in the event of a collision. Raising the head restraint above the maximum height is not permitted as this would mean the vehicle will no longer meet the Australian type approval standards.
