How do I delete messages in the Ford app* Message Centre?
If both your Account tab and Message Centre tab have dot indicators, this means you have a new message in the Ford app. See below for steps to delete messages.
Deleting Messages
Choose a dropdown below to delete a single or multiple messages.
Deleting a Single Message
- Log in to the Ford app.
- Navigate to the Account landing page.
- Select Message Centre.
- Locate the message you want to delete.
- Open the message and select Delete.
Note: For iOS users, you can also swipe to the left on the message and tap Delete.
Deleting Multiple Messages
- Log in to the Ford app.
- Navigate to the Account landing page.
- Select Message Centre.
- Tap Edit in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Check each box next to the messages you want to remove.
Note: Tap Select All (at the bottom of the screen) to remove all messages.
- Select the Trash Bin icon to delete the messages.
- Confirm your request by tapping Yes, Delete from the pop-up message.
