Will a Privately Imported Ford Work with the FordPass App?

The FordPass App has been specifically designed to work with vehicles supplied through Ford Australia and Ford New Zealand. All information displayed comes from Ford Australia and New Zealand’s backend systems and databases. If you imported your Ford privately, or purchased it through an independent entity (ie not via Ford Australia or Ford New Zealand), the App will not support your vehicle, regardless of whether it is connected or not.
