How can I turn the FordPass Connect modem off?

If you no longer wish to access any connected services, you can de-activate your FordPass Connect modem by turning off ‘Vehicle Connectivity’ via your in-vehicle SYNC system in your Ford and therefore, the sending of data from your vehicle’s modem will cease.

In the settings menu:

• Select Customer Connectivity Settings.
• Select Vehicle Connectivity and slide to the ‘off’ position.
