What do I do if Android Auto™* is not working with SYNC®** 4?
If you are having issues with Android Auto, complete the following general troubleshooting tips:
- Make sure Android Auto is installed on your phone.
- Verify your Android phone has Lollipop 5.0 or later.
- Ensure your phone settings are correct.
- Make sure your Android™ device is connected to SYNC** via Bluetooth®*** and that Android Auto is installed on your phone.
- Restart your phone.
- Attempt a SYNC module reset
- If troubleshooting with a Bluetooth connection fails, try connecting to SYNC with a high-quality USB cable.
