How do I create a FordPass account?

Use the steps below to create your FordPass^® account. If you already have a Ford Account, you can log in using your existing account credentials (username and password) in the FordPass App.

Important: You do not have to create a new account if:

• You have a new device. Refer to Existing FordPass and New Device for steps on accessing your existing account. 
• You lost your device or if it was stolen. Refer to Device Lost for restoring steps.

Creating your FordPass Account

1. Download the FordPass App via your respective platform.
   • App Store^® for iOS^® devices.
   • Google Play^™ store for Android^™ devices.
2. Open FordPass on your device.
3. Select your Country.
4. Tap Create Account.
5. Enter your email address.
6. Select Request Email.
7. Locate the confirmation email and tap Verify Email. 
8. Enter the following details:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email Address (this will be your username)
   • Password, that meets the following criteria:
     • Has 8 - 64 characters
     • Is not the same as your mobile number or username
     • Has at least one special character
     • Has at least one number
     • Has at least one upper-case and lower-case letter
9. Review the Terms and Conditions and check the box.
10. Select Create Account.

You can now enter your email and password on the FordPass login screen.
