The Graduate Development Program is a structured program which combines personal development with business knowledge across all disciplines. You are given a real job and made accountable from day one. A combination of classes, projects and action learning has been developed to equip you with the expertise to meet workplace challenges, reach your potential and become one of our future leaders.
A key component of our Graduate Program is rotations, which are designed to expose you to different roles and environments - helping you expand your network and understand our overall business.

Ford Australia's team of Trades people are integral to our success. We have three streams of Trades people, they are (1) Fitters and Turners (Maintenance Fitter or Toolmaking), (2) Electrical, (3) Motor Mechanic (Light stream).
Apprenticeships have helped form the building blocks of our strong skilled-trades base that drives Ford today. At Ford you will learn your trade alongside highly skilled trades people whilst also undertaking training to progressively develop your skills and qualifications. We focus strongly on your development, and it doesn't stop once you have received your trade qualification.
Based at Ford's Manufacturing and Product Development facilities in either Broadmeadows or Geelong, the program (nominally 4-Years) combines personal development with on-the-job training and trade-specific knowledge.
